Our exhibition project manager will take complete ownership and organise everything that is required for a successful exhibition.
Through our experience, knowledge and established procedures, we will ensure that every meticulous detail is covered. We will liaise on your behalf with the venue, freight companies, show organisers and equipment suppliers, and become the main point of contact to pull the logistics together.
We can develop ideas for your stand and manage the budget for you. We can also manage your leads before and after the exhibition to ensure a successful return on your investment.
We will design, plan, build & manage your stand and can offer bespoke EPOS systems and data capturing solutions during your event.
Once the stand is organised we can supply on site support and staff to the man the stand.
Our onsite Project Manager will ensure that the stand is built exactly as it was designed. They will also liaise with the freight companies for delivery and the set up is within the allocated time.
We can organise and train staff to act as representatives and ambassadors of your company. Depending on your requirements they will be able to sell your products, answer questions and capture data from those visiting your stand.
