Step One

Call In Any Event UK with your new enquiry or alternatively complete the on line enquiry form. We promise to respond to your enquiry within 24 hours or sooner to meet your deadline.

Step Two

We research, contact suitable venues and make provisional bookings. We will then send you descriptions and rates for all the venues we have found together with the savings you have made from using us.

Step Three

We can negotiate with the venues on rates, set up site visits and organise menus, provide entertainment and other services or equipment you may require at the venue.

Step Four

We confirm the venue for you and organise the contracts and payment details as per your requests. We continue to assist you right up until the event with any venue requirements you may have. Any amendments and cancellations of the booking can be managed by us.

Step Five

After the event we can assist with reconciling invoices and any further information that may be required.
