With our free accommodation booking service we can book group accommodation or manage accommodation allocations for you.

If your event is taking place at a non-residential venue we will reserve hotel bedrooms close by for your group. We can also reserve accommodation at various locations if staff are working away from the office.

We offer a simple to use online booking system so that accommodation can be dealt with quickly and efficiently. Visit our 'Book Accommodation Online' page. We can also produce accommodation booking forms for you to send out.

Once the accommodation request has been received we will send each person a confirmation of booking. We will also send rooming lists to the hotels.

Our service is completely free of charge.
