Objectives

To find suitable accessible venues for Farmers to visit and find out information and learn how to apply for a new funding scheme being launched by the RDA. Due to the unusual locations required for these events we had the task of finding suitable venues that were accessible and informal.

Our involvement

To source suitable venues in various unusual locations to suit the clients brief, come within the budget and offer the specific facilities to fit the event including catering.

From sourcing the venues we then had to put together and design the roadshow schedule and logistics to ensure a logical route was followed from venue to venue.
