Over the past year we have developed a schedule of events to ensure a clear understanding of the year ahead. This will result in easy management of the bookings required on a rolling basis.

Overall streamlining of the booking process with specification sheets for each individual course which ensure all requirements are covered.

Negotiating rates on behalf of the client at frequently used conference centres & hotels.

Ensuring contracts are correct and assisting with post event reconciling.
