Objectives

To source suitable venues to accommodate the specific brief which always includes very specific wifi requirements from the venue for the types of events that are being held.

Our involvement

To source suitable venues in the various locations to ensure they fall within the budget. Strong negotiation skills are required when working on the costs and often obtaining added value from the venues as well as huge savings. Due to the nature of the event we have to liaise with the venues to ensure they can provide the specific wifi requirements for each event and at times we have had to organise a completely separate wifi system and bring this in externally where venues are unable to assist.
