We have provided some case studies to illustrate our venue finding service. However below are the biggest challenges we have overcome.

Challenge - race against time

Iceland Foods: To find a venue within an hour after the venue our client was setting up in caught fire. We needed to find an alternative venue for a conference for 350 cabaret style with a large set, staging and breakout rooms.

Solution
Whilst they were holding on at the end of a phone we managed to move this entire event from the Midlands to Bolton.

Challenge - venues linked to the number three

Honda: We were asked to find venues associated with the number three for a series of product launches.

Solution
We booked a number of 3D cinemas

Challenge - sustainable venues

Triodos Bank: We needed to find unusual environmentally friendly ‘green' venues for networking events. All menus had to include organic and locally produced food and drink.

Solution
Through our extensive venue knowledge we managed to source a number of suitable venues throughout the UK.

Challenge - venues to display kitchens

Waitrose: We were asked to find a venue where they could build their own demonstration kitchen to showcase a new product range.

Solution
Our client booked The Worx in London, which is a photographic studio.
