Objectives

To launch the region's plans for renewable energy and environmental technologies to regional partners, and to demonstrate to these partners the important role of the RDA in this activity. The whole event was organised within 1 week's notice.

Our involvement

Venue: To manage all arrangements with the venue, ensure they offered spaces to accommodate very specific requests for media interviews and press meetings.

Invitation of delegates: To advise on the invitation process. To send out invitations

Delegate registration: Receipt and process of registration forms, handle all delegate enquiries, send out confirmations, provision of delegate lists and name badges.

Delegate packs: Collating all the delegate information required for the packs to hand out at registration.
Transport: To assist with any transport queries, assist with running a car share scheme for delegates.

Management on Site: To manage all delegate arrangements on site including venue set up, signage, registration, Q&A sessions and general venue management.

Audio visual: To supply all the audio visual requirements including a set, stage, live video link up with a Minister, streaming of the event online and equipment for the radio interviews.
