JISC

JISC is an advisory committee to the higher education funding councils and supports UK post 16 and higher education and research by providing leadership in the use of Information and Communications Technology

In Any Event UK were appointed in 2004 as an approved events supplier. We are invited to tender on a per event basis. Details of the events we have organised include the following:

Objectives

The conferences reflect the breadth of JISC activities in providing guidance, advice and opportunities for the use of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in education and research.

Our Involvement

To manage all aspects of the events including:
venue management, generate sponsorship, management of 50+exhibition stands, coordinate programme of speakers and sessions, provision of all products and services including AV support. We were also responsible for registering all delegates. We chaired all planning meetings with our client. We advised on what work had to be undertaken in order to deliver a successful event and ensured that all work was undertaken within the set timescales.
