We worked together with our client in the design and production of the awards dinner format in order to create a prestigious smooth running event.

Preparing activity schedules and action plans. Managing timescales and expectations. Providing solutions. Development of awards ceremony format and timings. Management of all venue requirements
Booking and managing of all equipment, transport and entertainment. Invitation and registration of all invited winners and guests. Production of all guest information
Preparing and issue of all pre and post event news releases. Management of the awards ceremony. Management of all the arrangements on site including private check in arrangements for guests staying overnight.
