Objectives

The purpose of this event was for all Creative Partnership staff (and those delivering their creative learning programme) to get together to share and exchange knowledge and ideas on the creative programmes.

Our involvement

Managing the accommodation, catering and AV requirements at multiple venues. Managing all delegate logistics including online registration and online invitation process. Co-ordinating 25 workshops across 4 venues varying from presentations to performance based workshops. Managing requirements for 25+ presenters and speakers including invitation, travel, accommodation and AV requirements.
