Objectives:

To design and implement a creative themed event that would involve all the factory staff in an interactive and informative way on the progress of the company and a chance for them to air their views and display their individual successful projects.

Our involvement:

We have worked on this event for 3 consecutive years. To venue search suitable venues to hold an event of this size along with break out and catering facilities. Produce an appropriate theme that runs throughout the event, organise speakers, displays, props, audio visual requirements. Assist with speaker coaching and all delegate logistics and registration including transport to and from the venues on a shuttle service. Full onsite management also supplied.
