Type of Event:
Recognition event for all employees who had made a difference. The event was a two day residential event with an exhibition.

Objectives:

For the delegate to feel valued by the company and to be recognised for their suggestions and new ideas within the company. We had to put together a UK event with a WOW factor. They stayed at the Bath Spa Hotel. The awards dinner took place on the Venice-Simplon-Orient Express with pre dinner candle lit drinks inside the famous Roman Baths.

Our involvement:

We were responsible for creating and designing events that met the above objectives, which included:
Making suggestions for suitable destinations.
Development of event theme and programme. Management of venue, guest requirements, transport arrangements, judging processes and all event logistics.
Management of the event the event onsite.
