Objectives:

To come up with a theme for the annual Summer Ball that had not been done before. The dinner needed to have a real wow factor with high quality catering, entertainment and management.

Our involvement:

Sourced an appropriate venue, designed an implemented the theme to run throughout the event, organised ice sculptures, fire eaters, ice queens on stilts, music, bands, catering with food tasting, all audio visual requirements which allowed us to have half the room with snowflakes falling and flames up the walls on the other side of the room. We organised all props and bars so the room was completely dressed to fit the theme. We managed all the management onsite, liaising with the venue and all the entertainment on the evening to ensure a smooth running on the night.
