Objectives:

The objective for this event was to recognise the outstanding work by Airbus staff members by creating an event that followed their strong sustainable policies and kept within tight budget and time restraints. Along with our recommendations it was decided that an awards dinner combined with an original theme and entertainment ideas would meet the objectives of this event.

Our Involvement:

We worked together with our client in the design and production of the awards dinner format in order to create a prestigious smooth running event. By using our strong negotiation skills, the potential issue of not having the budget to successfully incorporate sustainable materials within the event was averted, and the project actually came in under budget.

The work we carried out is as follows:

• Put together creative and original ideas on how the objectives of the event could be met while also ensuring the companies high sustainability values could be adhered to.
• Preparing activity schedules and action plans, managing timescales and expectations, providing solutions.
• Development of awards ceremony format and appropriate timings.
• Management of all venue requirements
• Booking and managing of all equipment and entertainment and ensuring the sustainable theme continued throughout.
• Production of all guest information
• Management of the awards ceremony and all the arrangements on site including private check in arrangements for guests staying overnight.
