Regional awards ceremony to celebrate all levels of accountants achievements throughout the year.
To book and handle all arrangements with the venue.
To advise on the invitation process. To send out invitations to past attendees and prospective accountancy and legal firms.
To contact nominations to ensure these are completed correctly and collect all relevant data including photographs and biographies.
Obtain design for brochure and compile all the relevant information for this including adverts and biographies of the nominations.
Receipt and process of registration forms, invoicing, handle all delegate enquiries, send out confirmations, provision of delegate lists which we produce in a brochure format for networking purposes and produce name place cards.
Selling hospitality: Contact attending companies and selling hospitality areas for pre dinner drinks and canapés.
To work with the AV supplier to produce visuals for a fresh set each year, we produce all the evenings holding slides and the awards presentation.
To book and manage transport requirements between the various hotels to and from the conference venue
To manage all delegate arrangements on site including venue set up, signage, transport and registration. This is split between 2 venues as we put on an afternoon event for all the VIP's at a local hotel.
Invoicing all attendees for their places, tables and pre wine orders and also for the hospitality areas. Ensuring all money is reconciled after the event.
We liaise with all entertainers and organise after dinner speakers and their requirements.
