The Challenge

To work in partnership with Sensei UK to produce a varied programme of activities taking place in several different venues across Oxford over two days. The programme was designed to give the participants a chance to consider key issues and discuss strategy in an environment different from the usual conference setting.

The Solution

We found unusual venues for discussions, activities and meals throughout the programme. Typically participants spend around two hours in a location before moving on to do something else in a different venue.

The Results

To research, create and produce a creative event schedule including a varied range of activities, venues and accommodation. The type of activities we sourced included a riverside walk, river cruise, themed barn dance, tree planting exercise and a drumming session. We worked closely with Sensei UK to produce a detailed schedule outlining where participants should be at every stage of the experience. It was key to the format of the event that the participants did not know where or what they were going next.
