Bristol Young Student of the Year Awards

The aim of these awards is to develop employability skills in young people.  In Any Event UK has created and is project managing these high profile awards together with a group of business organisations including GWE Business West, Bristol Junior Chamber of Commerce, Institute of Directors and the CBI. The competition is open to teams of students studying at post 16 level who attend state schools and colleges in the Bristol area.  They will be launched on the 21st September 2011

12 - 14 October 2011 - BIPOSA - Royal College of Physicians

The annual meeting of the British Isles Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus Association takes place in London from the 12th October 2011 to 14th October 2011. The meeting will take place at the Royal College of Physicians, 11 St Andrews Place, Regent's Park, London, NW1 4LE.

The first day of the meeting focuses on a paediatric ophthalmology and this year there will be free papers on paediatric ophthalmology topics in addition to didactic talks including the Claud Worth Lecture. The second and third days will focus on strabismus, ocular motility disorders and other related topics.  This will include the Roger Trimble Lecture and free papers.
