
What size of events do you organise? – Anything from 2 – 2500 + we have no minimum or maximum numbers.
Do you only operate in the UK? – Not at all, we organise events all over Europe and also internationally.
Do you work with a set number of venues? – we do not limit our choices for venues, we offer the client the venues that fit their brief, we are non biased and do not work towards overrides or within a preferred supplier perimeter.
What other services do you offer? – we can support the venue finding service by offering team building, unusual activities, entertainment, giveaways, full logistical support, event management and delegate logistics. Just ask and we can help with it!
You claim your service is free how do you make money? – Like all venue finding agencies we are paid an industry standard commission for the venue bookings. You may think the charge is then hidden in their costs but this is not the case as due to the high volume of bookings and the relationships we have we can ensure you get the best value for money and negotiate hard on your behalf.
What is the catch? – There is no catch, we are your efficiency saving – saving you both time and money!
What is the process? – once we receive your enquiry we will put a detailed proposal together listing all the available options and details. We provisionally hold the venues and liaise with the venue on any special details or questions you may have. We organise site visits and can accompany you on these to help advise if needed on the decision making process.
How do we confirm? – once you decide on the venue you would like to confirm just let us know and we prepare all the paperwork, organise contracts and check these over. You can then liaise with us for all the hotel details, payment details and final requirements.
